A Bungalow is a style of house or cottage that is typically either a single story or has a second, half or partial story, that is built into a sloped roof. Bungalows are typically small in terms of size and square footage and often are distinguished by the presence of dormer windows and verandas

The 'Modern Look' means simplicity in form and design. Modern Design is based on abstraction, which is created by clean lines, basic shapes, and forms. Thus, simple, plain, geometric forms, rectangular shapes, and linear elements make the characteristics of Modern Design.

Contemporary Design often features dramatic lines and angles. Contemporary Design is a form of construction that embodies the various styles of building designs stemming from a wide range of influences. Contemporary Design cuts away from the Modern Design of the late twentieth century by including eco-friendly features and embracing all kinds of creativity

CONTEMPORARY

CRAFTSMAN

With the longer, lower design, many of these homes have only one floor, but others may have either a daylight basement or a small second story for the home's bedrooms. Rooflines are lower than traditional Craftsman homes, and the exteriors are made up of clean lines

MEDITERRANEAN

The exterior of Mediterranean homes typically feature a red-tiled roof (usually terra cotta), as well as brick or stucco that's often painted white. Stone details, carved doors, and raw iron and metalwork on windows, over balconies, and front doors are other common features.

PRARIE

Prairie style, in Design, American style exemplified by the low-lying “prairie houses” such as Robie House (1908) that were for the most part built in the Midwest between 1900 and 1917 by Frank Lloyd Wright

RANCH HOMES

Ranch style homes are one-story houses with an open and casual layout. The shape of the house is either rectangular or an "L" or "U" shape. The houses have low-pitched roofs and extended eaves. They also usually have an attached garage and a large picture window facing the street.
